摘要
为了给菌酶复合制剂(BEMF)在肉牛饲料中的应用提供参考,本研究以初重约420 kg的肉牛为研究对象,分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复3头,共45头,CK饲喂基础饲料,试验组T1、T2、T3和T4分别添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%和0.4%的BEMF,预饲期5 d,正试期90 d,研究其对肉牛生长性能、瘤胃发酵参数及经济效益的影响。结果表明,T3和T4的末重(FW)和日均增重(ADG)显著高于其他组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于其他组(P<0.05),且两组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。T2的FW和ADG显著高于CK(P<0.05),F/G显著低于CK(P<0.05)。T3和T4的产气量、NH3-N和总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),微生物蛋白含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),且两组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。T3和T4的毛利润无显著差异(P>0.05),且显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。在本研究中,饲料中添加0.3%的BEMF可显著改善肉牛的生长性能和瘤胃发酵参数,显著提高经济效益。
To provide references for the application of bacterial and enzyme mixed feed(BEMF)in beef cattle,this study selected beef cattle as materials.CK was fed with basic feed,while T1,T2,T3,and T4 were added with 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,and 0.4%of BEMF,respectively.The effects on growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,and economic benefits were studied.The final weight and ADG of T3 and T4 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),and the F/G was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).The gas production,NH3-N,and total volatile fatty acid of T3 and T4 were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),while microbial protein was significantly lower than other groups(P<0.05).The gross profit of T3 and T4 was at the same level(P>0.05)and significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05).In this study,adding 0.3%BEMF can significantly improve the growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters and economic benefits of beef cattle.
