摘要
目的探讨基于改良容积粘度测试(VVST-CV)的康复护理方案在出现吞咽障碍的桥小脑角肿瘤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年5月至2024年5月于徐州市肿瘤医院神经外科接受手术治疗后出现吞咽障碍的桥小脑角肿瘤患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于VVST-CV的康复护理方案。对比两组患者的吞咽功能、营养状态、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组电视荧光吞咽功能检查(VFSS)评分高于对照组,进食评估问卷调查工具(EAT-10)评分低于对照组;前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、转铁蛋白(TF)水平均高于对照组;并发症发生率低于对照组(5.0%vs.22.5%);吞咽障碍特异性生活量表(SWAL-QOL)评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对出现吞咽障碍的桥小脑角肿瘤术后患者实施基于VVST-CV的康复护理方案,有助于提高其吞咽功能,改善营养状态,减少并发症,提升其生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a rehabilitation nursing program based on the volume viscosity swallow test-Chinese version(VVST-CV)in patients with dysphagia after acoustic neuroma surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who developed dysphagia after undergoing acoustic neuroma surgery at the Neurosurgery Department of Xuzhou Cancer Hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group(n=40)or the observation group(n=40)using a random number table.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group were given VVST-CV based rehabilitation nursing intervention.Swallowing function,nutritional status,complications and quality of life of were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the score of the video fluoroscopic swallowing study(VFSS)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of the eating assessment tool-10(EAT-10)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The levels of prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),and transferrin(TF)were all higher in the observation group than those in the control group.The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that of the control group(5.0%vs.22.5%).The score of the swallowing-related quality of life questionnaire(SWAL-QOL)in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of VVST-CV based rehabilitation nursing program is effective in improving swallowing function,enhancing nutritional status,reducing complications,and ultimately enhancing quality of life in patients with dysphagia following acoustic neuroma surgery.
