新型燃速调节剂对NEPE复合固体推进剂燃烧性能的调节作用

Influence of Several New Burning Rate Modifiers on the Combustion Performance of NEPE Composite Solid Propellants

摘要 为研究两种新型燃速调节剂对NEPE复合固体推进剂燃烧性能的影响,制备了含两种新型燃速调节剂及其复合物的8种NEPE推进剂。采用线扫描实时测速法对各推进剂在10~30MPa下的燃速进行了测量;采用差示扫描量热法研究了部分推进剂及其组分的热分解过程;采用高速摄影拍摄了部分推进剂的燃烧过程并记录了其点火延迟时间;对部分推进剂进行了中止燃烧实验,采用扫描电镜对其终止燃烧表面进行了观察;研究了10MPa和30MPa下部分推进剂凝相燃烧产物的形貌和粒度。结果表明,在测试压力范围内,含铜化合物Cu*和含硼化合物B*均能小幅降低推进剂的燃速压强指数,由两者复合而成的组合燃速调节剂能使推进剂的燃速压强指数大幅下降约34%;上述组合燃速调节剂能影响AP和RDX的热分解历程,使铝发生明显团聚的同时在燃烧表面驻留更长时间,最终使NEPE推进剂的燃烧更加剧烈并具有更低的点火延迟。 To investigate the effects of two new burning rate modifiers on the combustion performance of NEPE composite solid propellants,eight types of NEPE propellants containing the two modifiers and their composites were prepared.The burning rates of the propellants under 10—30MPa were measured by using linear scanning real-time measurement method.The thermal decomposition processes of selected propellants and their components were tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).High speed photography was used to capture the combustion process of propellants and record their ignition delay time.Some propellants were quenched and their quenched surfaces were observed by using scanning electron microscope(SEM).The morphology and particle size of condensed combustion products at 10MPa and 30MPa were analyzed.The results showed that,within the tested pressure range,both the copper-containing compound(Cu*)and boron-containing compound(B*)slightly reduced the pressure exponent of the propellants burning rate,the composite modifier formed by combining Cu*and B*significantly decreased the pressure exponent by approximately 34%.The composite modifier altered the thermal decomposition pathways of AP and RDX,which promoted pronounced aluminum agglomeration,and prolonged the residence time of aluminum on the combustion surface.These effects collectively intensified the combustion of the NEPE propellants and reduced their ignition delay time.
