摘要
目的:探讨口腔癌术后患者癌因性疲乏对日常活动能力的影响,并分析希望水平在其中的中介与调节作用。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取2022年6月至2024年6月在某院接受手术治疗的72例口腔癌患者作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、癌因性疲乏量表、希望水平量表及日常活动能力量表进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析法分析癌因性疲乏、日常活动能力与希望水平间的相关性,并采用Bootstrap法检验中介效应及调节效应。结果:口腔癌术后患者CRF总得分为15.95±1.42分,希望水平总得分为40.82±4.33分,日常活动能力总得分为53.23±5.76分。Pearson相关分析显示,口腔癌术后患者的癌因性疲乏与希望水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.687,P<0.01);癌因性疲乏与日常活动能力呈显著负相关(r=-0.718,P<0.01);希望水平与日常活动能力呈显著正相关(r=0.749,P<0.01)。希望水平在癌因性疲乏对日常活动能力的影响中发挥着间接预测作用,间接效应值为-0.168,间接效应占总效应的66.20%。癌因性疲乏对日常活动能力的总效应值为-0.735,间接效应占总效应的33.80%。结论:口腔癌术后患者癌因性疲乏与希望水平及日常活动能力均存在显著相关性,且希望水平在癌因性疲乏对日常活动能力的影响中发挥中介作用。
Objective:To explore the impact of cancer-related fatigue on daily activity capacity in postoperative oral cancer patients,and to analyze the mediating and moderating role of hope level in this process.Methods:Using a convenience sampling method,72 patients with oral cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital between June 2022 and June 2024 were selected as study subjects.Data were collected using a general information questionnaire,a cancer-related fatigue scale,a hope level scale,and a daily activity capacity scale.Pearson correlation analysis was employed to assess the correlations among cancer-related fatigue,daily activity capacity,and hope level.Additionally,the mediation and moderation effects were tested using the Bootstrap method.Results:The overall Cancer-Related Fatigue(CRF)score for post-operative oral cancer patients was 15.95±1.42,the overall hope level score was 40.82±4.33,and the overall score for daily activity capability was 53.23±5.76.Pearson correlation analysis revealed a significant negative correlation between CRF and hope level in post-operative oral cancer patients(r=-0.687,P<0.01);A significant negative correlation between CRF and daily activity capability(r=-0.718,P<0.01);And a significant positive correlation between hope level and daily activity capability(r=0.749,P<0.01).Hope level played an indirect predictive role in the influence of CRF on daily activity capability,with an indirect effect value of-0.168,accounting for 66.20%of the total effect.The total effect value of CRF on daily activity capability was-0.735,with the direct effect accounting for 33.80%of the total effect.Conclusion:There is a significant correlation between cancer-related fatigue,hope level,and daily activity capacity in postoperative oral cancer patients,and hope level mediates the influence of cancer-related fatigue on daily activity capacity.
