摘要
甲醇作为重要的有机化工原料,在多个领域应用广泛,致使其工业需求量不断攀升。甲醇精馏工序对产品质量影响重大,且能耗占比较高。在“碳排放、碳达峰”政策及能源成本上升的背景下,优化甲醇精馏工艺意义非凡。本文以某甲醇生产装置为例,运用Aspen Plus软件,基于NRTL热力学模型,对单塔精馏和双效精馏工艺进行模拟与优化。模拟结果显示,在保证产品质量的前提下,双效精馏相较于单塔精馏,循环水减少约67t,蒸汽减少约1t,能耗约为单塔精馏的1/3。经济性评价表明,尽管双效精馏设备投资增加,但操作费用降低,年总费用比单塔精馏低25%,投资回收期均为5年。因此,双效精馏工艺在节能降耗和经济效益方面均更具优势,可作为甲醇精馏工艺优化的优选方案,助力企业降低成本、提升竞争力,推动绿色化工发展。
Methanol,as an important organic chemical raw material,is widely used in various fields,leading to a continuous increase in its industrial demand.The distillation process of methanol has a significant impact on product quality and accounts for a relatively high proportion of energy consumption.Against the backdrop of the"carbon emission,carbon peak"policy and rising energy costs,optimizing the methanol distillation process is of great significance.Taking a methanol production facility as an example,this paper uses Aspen Plus software,based on the NRTL thermodynamic model,to simulate and optimize single-tower distillation and double-effect distillation processes.The simulation results show that,under the premise of ensuring product quality,double-effect distillation reduces the circulation water by about 67 tons and steam by about 1 ton compared to single-tower distillation,with energy consumption being approximately one-third of that of single-tower distillation.The economic evaluation indicates that although the investment in double-effect distillation equipment has increased,the operating costs have decreased,resulting in an annual total cost that is 25%lower than that of single-tower distillation,with an investment payback period of 5 years for both processes.Therefore,the double-effect distillation process has advantages in both energy conservation and economic benefits,and can be considered as an optimal solution for the optimization of methanol distillation processes.This process can help enterprises reduce costs,enhance competitiveness,and promote the development of green chemical industry.
