金刚石微粉颗粒形貌表征参数及其对微粉流变性的影响

摘要 使用欧奇奥500nanoXY粒形仪和弗里曼FT4粉体流变仪,对SF-diamond不同规格金刚石微粉进行了形貌和流变性检测。筛选出椭圆度、长径比、密实度、钝度4种形貌参数来表征金刚石微粉。分析了形貌参数与流变性参数的相关性,发现形貌参数变化对流变性有不同程度影响,其中钝度灵敏度最大,密实度其次,长径比和椭圆度最弱。这对指导金刚石微粉的生产和质量控制具有重要意义。 In this study,the morphology and rheological properties of SF-diamond diamond micropowders with different specifications were examined using the Occhio 500nanoXY particle shape analyzer and the Freeman FT4 powder rheometer.Four morphological parameters—ellipticity,aspect ratio,compactness,and bluntness—were selected to characterize the diamond micropowder.The correlation between morphological parameters and rheological parameters was analyzed,revealing varying degrees of influence of morphological changes on rheology.Among them,bluntness exhibited the highest sensitivity,followed by compactness,while aspect ratio and ellipticity had the weakest effects.These findings are of significant importance for guiding the production and quality control of diamond micropowder.
