摘要
生态产品价值实现是促进城乡融合发展、实现共同富裕的绿色引擎和重要着力点。研究基于2000—2022年中国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,综合运用面板向量自回归模型、面板门槛效应模型等方法考察生态产品价值实现对城乡融合发展的影响效应及作用机制。研究结果表明:我国生态产品价值实现和城乡融合发展均呈现上升趋势,东部地区城乡融合发展水平最高,中部地区生态产品价值实现最优;生态产品价值实现对城乡融合发展具有较为显著的长期正向影响,使用工具变量克服可能存在的内生性问题后影响效应仍然稳健;生态产品价值实现对城乡融合发展的影响存在显著的双重门槛效应;异质性分析发现,生态产品价值实现对东部、中部和东北地区城乡融合发展均有积极促进作用,但西部地区生态产品价值实现对城乡融合发展的促进作用并不显著。基于此,本文提出通过厚植生态资源价值优势、提升生态产品价值实现水平、因地制宜推进生态产品价值实现,助力城乡高质量融合发展。
The value realization of ecological products is a green engine and an important focus for promoting the urban-rural integrated development and common prosperity.Based on the provincial-level panel data in 2000-2022,this study analyzes the influence and mechanism of the value realization of ecological products on the urban-rural integrated development using the panel vector autoregressive model and panel threshold effect model.The result finds that:the value realization of ecological products and the urban-rural integrated development level in China are generally good,and the eastern region has the highest level of urban-rural integrated development,the central region has the best value realization of ecological products;the value realization of ecological products can significantly promote the urban-rural integrated development,which is robust after overcoming the possible endogenous problems;there is a double threshold effect on the impact of the value realization of ecological products on the urban-rural integrated development;from the results of the heterogeneity analysis,the value realization of ecological products positively contributes to urban-rural integrated development in the eastern,central,and northeastern regions of China,but the value realization of ecological products in the western region had no significantly effect to urban-rural integrated development.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the value advantages of ecological resources,enhance the value realization level of ecological products,promote the value realization of ecological products according to local conditions,and promoting the high-quality integrated development of urban and rural areas.
