原油调度优化模型顶层架构设计和应用

Top-level architecture design and application of a crude oil scheduling optimization model

摘要 原油调度优化模型开发多为企业定制,存在通用性差的问题。为此,提出一种通用的原油调度优化模型顶层架构,把实际业务抽象为多种类型的基础数据和储运特征,并以组态方式选取合适模型组件和建模方法来快速构建模型实例,整个过程实现无代码化。开发人员可将研发重点放在满足企业个性化需求和实现模型高效求解方面,而无需在原油调度一般性问题的模型构建环节耗费过多精力。经文献案例验证,该通用架构不仅能快速完成模型实例配置并调用求解引擎完成计算,大幅降低开发成本和开发周期,还能够高效地自动优化原油调度方案,为企业运营管理提供智能化解决方案。 s the actual business into various types of basic data and storage and transportation characteristics,and selects appropriate model components and modeling methods in configuration mode to quickly build model instances.The whole process is codeless.In this way,developers can focus their research and development on meeting the personalized needs of enterprises and realizing the efficient solution of the model,without spending too much energy on the model construction of the general problem of crude oil scheduling.The literature case verifies that the general architecture can not only quickly complete the configuration of model instances and call the solution engine to complete the calculation,greatly reducing the development cost and cycle,but also the model instances can efficiently and automatically optimize the crude oil scheduling scheme,providing an intelligent solution for enterprise operation management.
