摘要
基于1+X证书制度背景下,宠物护理与美容专业面临人才培养与行业需求脱节的问题。文章提出“岗课赛证”一体化育人模式,通过岗位需求导向优化课程体系,将1+X证书标准融入教学,结合技能竞赛提升实践能力,构建多元评价机制。实践表明,该模式下学生1+X证书获取率达92%,省级以上技能竞赛获奖率提升35%,毕业生对口就业率提高至87%;该模式显著提升了学生专业技能和就业竞争力,推动了教学改革与产教融合,为宠物行业培养高素质技术技能人才提供了有效路径。未来需持续跟踪行业动态,强化师资建设与国际合作,以进一步优化人才培养体系。
Under the 1+X certificate system framework,the Pet Care and Grooming discipline faces misalignment between talent development and industry needs.This study introduces an integrated"job-course-competition-certificate"education model that aligns curricula with occupational requirements,integrates 1+X certification standards into instruction,enhances practical skills through competitions,and implements a multi-dimensional assessment system.Empirical results demonstrate that this model achieves a 92%1+X certification attainment rate among students,a 35%increase in awards at provincial-or-higher-level skill competitions,and an 87%graduate employment rate in relevant fields.The approach significantly strengthens students'professional competencies and employment competitiveness while advancing pedagogical innovation and industry-education collaboration,offering a replicable solution for cultivating skilled professionals in the pet care sector.Future efforts should focus on monitoring industry trends,enhancing faculty capacity,and expanding international cooperation to further refine the talent development framework.
