摘要
养殖废水中抗生素的存在会导致微生物的活性降低,污染物去除率降低,沼气产率降低等问题,因此养殖废水中抗生素的存在对反应器处理性能的影响需要进一步考察和研究.基于此,笔者构建了循环式沼气-曝气-厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)系统,连续运行128 d.本研究探讨了不同浓度的磺胺嘧啶(sulfadiazine,SDZ)在不同的温度下对AnMBR系统性能的影响,包括反应器的运行性能和膜污染特性分析.研究结果表明,AnMBR在中温时能有效处理含抗生素的养殖废水,为实际应用提供了依据.
The presence of antibiotics in aquaculture wastewater may lead to reduced microbial activity,lower pollutant removal rates,and decreased biogas production.Therefore,the effect of antibiotics in aquaculture wastewater on the treatment performance of the reactor needs further investigation and research.A circulating biogas aeration-anaerobic membrane bioreactor(AnMBR)system was constructed,which ran continuously for 128 days.In this study,the effects of different concentrations of Sulfadiazine(SDZ)on the performance of AnMBR system at different temperatures were investigated,including the operation performance of the reactor and the analysis of membrane fouling characteristics.The results show that AnMBR can effectively treat aquaculture wastewater containing antibiotics at medium temperature,which provides a basis for practical application.
