配电网电力工程技术及其施工安全问题研究

摘要 文章系统研究了配电网电力工程技术体系及施工安全风险防控策略。针对架空线路、地下电缆与分布式电源的技术特性,分析了高空坠落、地下环境危害及设备误操作等施工安全隐患,提出涵盖施工前准备、智能定位系统应用及全周期质量管控的解决方案。研究发现,融合建筑信息模型(building information modeling, BIM)、超宽带(ultra-wideband, UWB)定位与物联网监测等技术可显著提升施工安全性与工程可靠性,为配电网建设提供了技术优化与安全管理双向协同的理论框架与实践路径。 This paper systematically studies the distribu-tion network power engineering technology system and construction safety risk prevention and control strategies.According to the technical characteristics of overhead lines,underground cables and distributed power supplies,the construction safety hazards such as high-altitude fall,underground environmental hazards and equipment miso-peration are analyzed,and the solutions covering pre-con-struction preparation,intelligent positioning system ap-plication and full-cycle quality control are proposed.It is found that the integration of Building Information Mode-ling(BIM),Ultra-Wideband(UWB)positioning,Internet of Things monitoring and other technologies can signif-icantly improve the construction safety and engineering reliability,which provides a theoretical framework and practice path for the two-way coordination of technical optimization and safety management in the construction of distribution network.
