摘要
双循环是以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。跨境电商作为连接国内外市场的重要渠道,在双循环战略中扮演着重要角色,同时也面临政策红利与转型挑战并存的发展局面。本文旨在深入探讨双循环战略背景下跨境电商升级转型的路径与挑战。本文通过梳理跨境电商的发展历程,阐释双循环战略内涵与跨境电商的战略定位,重点分析跨境电商在面临全球经济变化时的应对策略。研究发现,跨境电商通过供应链深度整合、品牌化与本土化运营,以及加速数字化转型,可以有效提升国际市场竞争力,促进国内外市场的联动发展。本文研究旨在为政府、企业及社会各界提供决策参考和实践指导,以期推动跨境电商健康、可持续发展。
The dual circulation strategy centers on domestic circulation as the mainstay while promoting mutual reinforcement between domestic and international circulations.As a crucial channel connecting domestic and foreign markets,cross-border e-commerce plays a significant role within this strategy but faces a development landscape characterized by both policy incentives and transformation challenges.This paper aims to explore the pathways and challenges of upgrading and transforming cross-border e-commerce under the dual circulation strategy.By reviewing the development trajectory of cross-border e-commerce,elucidating the connotations of the dual circulation strategy,and clarifying the strategic positioning of cross-border e-commerce,the study focuses on analyzing response strategies to global economic changes.The findings indicate that through deep integration of supply chains,brand localization,and accelerated digital transformation,cross-border e-commerce can effectively enhance its international market competitiveness and promote coordinated development of domestic and foreign markets.This research seeks to provide decision-making references and practical guidance for governments,enterprises,and society at large,with the aim of fostering the healthy and sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce.
