摘要
冲裁模的核心组件为凸模与凹模,按凸凹模的结构和布置方式可分为整体模与镶拼模、正装模与倒装模。整体模多用于小型冲裁模具,如通风槽冲裁模,镶拼模适用于大型零件冲裁模具,如发电机定子铁芯双扇形冲裁模。镶拼模块的磨削加工是冲模制造过程中的重要环节之一,其磨削加工精度直接影响到后序模块电切削加工的基准校正,以及最后模块的装配精度和模具整体装配质量。
The core components of a punching die are the punch and the matrix.According to the structure and arrangement of the punch and matrix,it can divided into integral die and insert die,as well as positive die and inverted die.The former is often used in small punching die,such as ventilation slot punching,while the latter is suitable for large part punching die,such as the double fan-shaped punching die for the stator core of a generator.The grinding processing the insert die is one of the key steps in the manufacturing process of the die,and its grinding processing accuracy directly affects the benchmark correction of the subsequent dielectric processing of the module,as well as the final assembly accuracy of the module and the overall assembly quality of the die.
