摘要
在存量规划背景下,亟须通过强化轨道交通场站及周边土地复合利用,促进轨道交通可持续健康发展。本研究以北京、上海、广州、深圳、成都等城市为例,深入剖析其轨道交通政策工具和实践特点,旨在为武汉市轨道交通场站及周边土地的复合利用路径提供有益启示。借助ArcGIS空间数据分析和地理可视化技术,结合内容分析法,对武汉市现行路径进行全面评估;利用“政策工具—轨道交通复合利用”二维分析框架,挖掘各地的地方化实践机制。最终,提出武汉市在工作机制、复合利用模式、配套政策等方面的具体建议,以期有效提升轨道交通场站及周边土地的复合利用水平,助力城市居民实现便捷出行。
Under the context of inventory planning,there is an urgent need to enhance the comprehensive utilization of rail transit stations and surrounding land to promote sustainable and healthy development of rail transit.This paper takes cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,and Chengdu as examples to analyze their rail transit policy tools and practical characteristics,aiming to provide insights for the comprehensive utilization path of rail transit stations and the surrounding land in Wuhan.By employing ArcGIS spatial data analysis,geovisualization,and content analysis,the paper comprehensively evaluates Wuhan’s current implementation paths.A two-dimensional analytical framework of“policy tools-rail transit composite utilization”is utilized to explore the local practices in different regions.Finally,the paper proposes the specific recommendations for Wuhan in terms of operational mechanisms,comprehensive utilization models,and supporting policies,with the goal of effectively improving the comprehensive utilization of rail transit stations and the surrounding land,thereby facilitating convenient urban mobility for residents.
