摘要
海水泵是LNG接收站电能主要消耗设备,目前其主流的节能方法是采用变频电机和大型变频器。对于已投产并采用定频电机的海水泵而言,更换变频电机增加变频器需要投入大量资金。文章根据设备实际运行情况、结合设备相关设计数据并通过多次测试验证,提出了海水泵“4带5”运行方案即4台海水泵给5台ORV供应海水。此方案在实际运行中取得了非常明显的节能效果,达到了预期的使用目的。
Seawater pumps are the main energy-consuming equipment at LNG receiving stations,and the current mainstream energy saving method is to use variable frequency motors and large frequency converters.For seawater pumps that have already been put into operation and use fixed-frequency motors,replacing them with variable frequency motors and adding frequency converters requires a large investment.This paper proposes a“4-to-5”operation scheme for seawater pumps,where 4 seawater pumps supply seawater to 5 open-frame vaporizers based on the actual operational conditions of the equipment,relevant design data,and multiple test verifications.The scheme has achieved significant energy-saving results in actual operation and met the expected operational objectives.
