摘要
高性能酚醛泡沫板(AGPF)是最终通过在原材料树脂中加入生物质石墨烯与纳米纤维素,在原有改性酚醛板的基础上大幅度提高了产品的性能。运用高性能酚醛泡沫板(AGPF)可有效实践新型材料的性能特点,提高施工效率,减少传统保温板粉化、易氧化、吸水率大、机械强度低等性能缺陷,缩短施工周期,降低劳务用工量,控制劳务成本。研究针对高性能酚醛泡沫板(AGPF)在施工中的技术质量问题进行研究总结,最终在保证外墙保温系统质量的同时,有效发挥新型材料的优势,为采用高性能酚醛泡沫板(AGPF)施工提供借鉴。
High performance phenolic foam board(AGPF)is the ultimate way to improve the performance of the product on the basis of the original modified phenolic board by adding biomass graphene and nano cellulose into the raw material resin.The use of high-performance phenolic foam board(AGPF)can effectively practice the performance characteristics of new materials,improve the construction efficiency,reduce the performance defects of traditional insulation board,such as pulverization,easy oxidation,high water absorption,slightly low machinery,and shorten the construction period,reduce labor force and control labor costs.A study is conducted to summarize the technical quality issues of high-performance phenolic foam board(AGPF)in construction.Ultimately,while ensuring the quality of the external wall insulation system,the advantages of new materials are effectively utilized,providing reference for the use of high-performance phenolic foam board(AGPF)in construction.
