摘要
为了满足制造业对五金阀门阀体高精度加工的需求,本文提出了一系列高精度数控加工控制策略,涵盖机床精度优化、加工工艺改进、刀具选择与磨损控制、动态误差补偿及检测与反馈机制的完善。这些策略通过实际应用验证,显著提升了加工精度和生产效率,降低了加工误差和废品率,为五金阀门阀体的高精度制造提供了有效的技术支持。
In order to meet the demand of manufacturing industry for high precision processing of hardware valve body,this paper proposes a series of high precision CNC machining control strategies,covering the optimization of machine tool precision,processing process improvement,tool selection and wear control,dynamic error compensation and the improvement of detection and feedback mechanism.Through these strategies,they significantly improve the processing accuracy and production efficiency,reduce the processing error and waste rate,and provide effective technical support for the high precision manufacturing of hardware valve body.
