China excels at crafting and executing development plans,including both long-term and short-term plans.Since 1953,the country has formulated 14 Five-Year Plans(FYPs)that have driven rapid economic and social progress,strengthened national power,and improved citizens’livelihoods.These e!orts have fuelled China’s rise to become the world’s second-largest economy,delivering unprecedented growth and sustained social stability.
