摘要
针对高压断路器在运行过程中易发机械故障且难以早期识别的问题,提出一种基于振动信号的机械故障诊断方法。通过构建振动特征提取与分类模型,有效识别弹簧疲劳、缓冲器失效、连杆松动等典型故障状态。实验结果验证了所提方法的准确性与稳定性,具备良好的工程应用前景。
A mechanical fault diagnosis method based on vibration signals is proposed to address the problem of mechanical faults that are prone to occur and difficult to identify early during the operation of high-voltage circuit breakers.By constructing a vibration feature extraction and classification model,effective identification of typical fault states such as spring fatigue,buffer failure,and connecting rod loosening can be achieved.The experimental results have verified the accuracy and stability of the proposed method,and it has good engineering application prospects.
