摘要
为得到更具适用性的公路桥梁端竖向转角限值,以某大跨度悬索桥为研究对象,从行车安全性和舒适性的角度对梁端竖向转角限值进行了研究。调研了多个已建工程和现行规范中梁端竖向转角的取值情况,建立了多种典型公路车辆的多刚体动力分析模型,基于既有研究理论和ISO-2631标准规范,提出了梁端位置的行车安全性及舒适性的计算方法及评价指标。从转角形式、伸缩状态、计算时长等方面对转角的参数敏感性进行了分析,计算了多种工况下小轿车和厢式货车的行车安全性和舒适性,提出了适用于不同交通工况的梁端竖向转角的合理限值。结果表明:同样角度下,不同的转角形式对两车型的安全性和舒适性影响均不大,对厢式货车的影响最小;不同工况间,改变转角形式对计算结果的影响最小,改变计算时程对计算结果的影响最大;梁端竖向转角的限值由小轿车的行车舒适性控制,在半跨加载和正常运营工况下分别为±0.029 rad和±0.012 rad。
To obtain the more applicable girder end vertical rotation limit for highway bridges,took a longspan suspension bridge as the study object.The girder end vertical rotation limit was studied from perspectives of driving safety and comfort.Surveys were carried out on girder end vertical rotation limit values in multiple existing projects and current standards.The multi-rigid body dynamic analysis model was established for various typical highway vehicles.Based on existing research theories and standard ISO-2631,the calculation method and evaluation indicators for driving safety and comfort at girder end position were proposed.The sensitivity of rotation parameters was analyzed from the aspects of rotation form,expansion and contraction state,and calculation duration.The driving safety and comfort of cars and trucks under various operating conditions were calculated.The reasonable limits for girder end vertical rotation applicable to different traffic conditions were proposed.The result indicates that different rotation forms with same angle have little influence on driving safety and comfort of both vehicle models,and have minimal influence on delivery van.Among different operating conditions,changing rotation form has minimal influence on calculation results,while changing calculation duration has the greatest influence on calculation results.The girder end vertical rotation limit is controlled by car driving comfort,which is±0.029 rad under half-span loaded condition and±0.012 rad under normal operation condition.
