摘要
3D打印用尼龙粉末的制备方法主要包括直接聚合法、溶剂沉淀法、机械粉碎法及热致相分离法,这些方法各具优缺点,需要根据需求选择合适的制备方法。通过分析PA6、PA11、PA12及PA66等不同尼龙材料类型的性能,评估了它们在3D打印应用中的机械强度、耐热性、耐化学性等关键性能指标。结果表明,各种制备方法对PA粉末的粒度分布、结晶度及最终打印件的物理性能有着显著影响,不同类型PA性质存在较大差异,适用于不同领域。实际生产中,需要选择合适的制备方法和尼龙材料类型,才能获得高质量的3D打印产品。
Preparation methods of nylon powder applied in 3D printing mainly include direct polymerization,solvent precipitation,mechanical attrition and thermally induced phase separation,which have their own advantages and disadvantages,and the appropriate preparation methods should be chosen according to the specific needs.By analyzing the performances of different nylon materials such as PA6,PA11,PA12 and PA66,their key performance indicators such as mechanical strength,heat resistance and chemical resistance in 3D printing are evaluated.The results show that various preparation methods have significant effects on the particle size distribution and crystallinity of nylon powder,as well as physical properties of the final printing products,and the properties of different types of nylon powder are different,which are suitable for different fields.In actual production,it is necessary to select the appropriate preparation methods and nylon material types to obtain high-quality 3D printing products.
