产学研用四位一体的保密管理专业人才跨学科培养模式研究

摘要 保密管理专业的跨学科人才培养模式有利于形成多方人员协同、竞争、流动为核心的协同模式和多方协同、资源整合、成果共享与风险共担的组织管理新方式,同时有利于整合高校、企业、政府、协会的科技资源,形成学科交叉融合,在实践中培养跨学科创新人才。“产学研用”四位一体协同有利于构建保密管理人才的跨学科培养模式,本文提出了构建产教融合平台、驱动平台建设及保障产学研用四位一体质量的跨学科培养模式。 The interdisciplinary personnel training mode of Security Management is conducive to the formation of multi-party collaboration,competition,flow as the core of the collaborative mode and multi-party collaboration,resource integration,achievement sharing and risk sharing of the organization and management of new ways,and is conducive to the integration of colleges and universities,enterprises,governments,associations of scientific and technological resources,the formation of interdisciplinary integration.Cultivate interdisciplinary innovative talents in practice.The four-in-one collaboration of"industryuniversity-research-application"is conducive to the construction of the interdisciplinary training mode of confidential management talents.This paper puts forward the interdisciplinary training mode of constructing the industry-education integration platform,driving the construction of the platform,and ensuring the four-in-one quality of industry-university-research application.
