摘要
消失模铸造浇注系统设计目前没有明确的计算方法,主要参考传统砂型铸造。以变速箱客体铸件为例,论述了浇注系统的设计、计算方法与形状优化策略等。通过三维模拟软件进行验证,实际生产质量稳定,为消失模铸件开发提供了依据和参考。
Currently,there is no clear calculation method for the design of the gating system,which mainly refers to traditional sand casting.This paper takes the gearbox body casting as an example to discuss the design,calculation method and shape optimization strategy of the gating system.It is verified through a three-dimensional simulation software,and the actual production quality is stable,providing a basis and reference for the development of lost foam castings.
