摘要
为消除不锈钢Y型三通管铸件两管道连接处存在的缩孔缺陷,基于铸件结构特征和实际铸造缺陷,设计了熔模铸造顶注式方案M和底注式方案L,并借助ProCAST软件模拟分析验证两种浇注方案的可行性。模拟结果表明:方案L能够平稳充型,基本实现顺序凝固,铸件缺陷较少。采用正交试验与均匀试验设计方法,获取样本空间;基于Kriging构建反映输入变量与输出响应的代理模型,验证模型精度。使用NLPQL算法求解最优工艺参数,降低方案L铸件的缩孔率。使用匹配最优工艺参数的L方案生产验证,铸件成形质量得到有效改善和控制。
To address the common issue of shrinkage defects at the junctions of stainless steel Y-shaped tee pipe castings,which result in lower forming quality,a top-pouring scheme M and a bottom-pouring scheme L were designed based on the structural features of the castings and actual casting defects.The feasibility of both pouring schemes was analyzed and validated using ProCAST software.Simulation results show that scheme L can achieve stable mold filling,basic sequential solidification,and fewer casting defects.Further optimization of the process parameters for scheme L was conducted through orthogonal experimental design and uniform experimental design methods to obtain sample spaces.A surrogate model reflecting the relationship between input variables and output responses was constructed based on Kriging and its accuracy was verified.The NLPQL algorithm was used to solve for the optimal process parameters,further reducing the shrinkage rate of scheme L castings.The results indicate that when casting with scheme L using the matched optimal process parameters,the forming quality of the castings can be effectively improved and controlled.
