摘要
目的:探究基于循证总结的集束化护理策略对食管静脉曲张套扎序贯治疗病人预后及并发症的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取我院2023年1月—12月消化内科收治的160例食管静脉曲张套扎序贯治疗病人为研究对象,根据病人入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组,各80例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上,实施基于循证证据总结的集束化护理干预,干预周期为住院至出院后3个月。比较两组病人术后并发症发生情况、疾病管理能力和疾病复发情况。结果:干预后,研究组病人术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),疾病管理能力各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.001);术后6个月内,研究组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对食管静脉曲张套扎序贯治疗病人实施基于循证总结的集束化护理策略,可有效降低病人术后并发症发生率,提高病人疾病管理能力,降低疾病复发率。
Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing strategy based on evidence⁃based summary on the prognosis and complications of patients with esophageal variceal sequential ligation therapy.Methods:Using convenience sampling method,160 patients with esophageal variceal ligation in our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the research group was given cluster nursing intervention based on evidence⁃based evidence summary in addition to routine care.The expected period was from hospitalization to 3 months after discharged.The incidence of postoperative complications,disease management ability and disease recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of patients'disease management ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Six months postoperatively,the recurrence rate in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cluster nursing strategy based on evidence⁃based summary can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the patient's disease management ability and reduce the disease recurrence rate.
