摘要
综述了慢性肾脏病患者口腔患病现状,口腔健康对慢性肾脏病的影响,慢性肾脏病患者口腔健康相关生活质量、口腔保健现状及影响因素,提出应重视跨专业医护人员口腔健康核心能力培养、提高患者的口腔保健意识和行为,以改善慢性肾脏病患者的口腔健康状况。
This study provided an overview of oral health status in chronic kidney disease patients,the impact of oral health on disease progression,oral health-related quality of life in chronic kidney disease patients,and current oral care practice and its asso-ciated factors in this population,It emphasized the importance of fostering oral health competencies among interdisciplinary health-care providers and enhancing patients'awareness and practice related to oral hygiene,aiming to improve oral health outcomes of chronic kidney disease patients.
