含划痕-凹陷组合缺陷管道屈曲失稳机理及极限承载能力研究

摘要 为研究含划痕-凹陷组合缺陷管道的弯曲失效规律,基于非线性有限元分析方法,建立含划痕-凹陷组合缺陷管道屈曲失效数值模型,通过计算分析不同参数对含划痕-凹陷组合缺陷管道极限弯矩承载能力的敏感性,揭示组合缺陷管道屈曲失稳机理。研究结果表明,随着凹陷深度的增加,管道屈曲临界弯矩逐渐减小;管道屈曲临界弯矩随着管径和壁厚的增大而增大;内压的增大在一定程度上能够提高管道的屈曲临界弯矩,但当内压增大到一定程度时,管道屈曲临界弯矩将会减小;划痕的长度是影响管道承载能力的主控因素,随着划痕长度的增加,对管道极限弯矩承载能力的削弱效果越明显。研究结果可为含划痕-凹陷组合缺陷管道的完整性评价提供科学依据。 To investigate the bending failure behavior of pipelines with dent-gouge combined defects,a numerical model for buckling failure of pipelines containing dent-gouge combined defects was established based on nonlinear finite element analysis.Sensitivity of different parameters to the ultimate bending moment capacity of pipelines with dent-gouge combined defects was analyzed through calculations,revealing the buckling instability mechanism of defective pipelines.Results show that as dent depth increases,the critical buckling moment of pipelines gradually decreases.The critical buckling moment increases with larger pipe diameter and wall thickness.Increasing internal pressure enhances the critical buckling moment to some extent,but when internal pressure increases beyond a certain level,the critical buckling moment decreases.Gouge length is the dominant controlling factor affecting pipeline load-bearing capacity;as gouge length increases,the weakening effect on ultimate bending moment capacity becomes more pronounced.These findings provide scientific basis for integrity assessment of pipelines with dent-gouge combined defects.
