互助北山苔藓类植物资源调查及其物种多样性分析

摘要 目的:了解青海省互助北山苔藓类植物资源分布情况。方法:采用线路调查法、样方调查法和访问法对该地区苔藓植物进行调查、标本采集、物种鉴定和相关分析。结果:研究区分布20科29属45种苔藓类植物,其中苔类植物3科3属3种,藓类植物17科26属42种。该区域苔藓类植物以北温带和东亚分布区系为主,且苔藓物种数随着海拔升高而减少。不同植被带中生长的优势种不尽相同,山地典型灌丛草原带和高山亚冰雪稀疏植被带地面生苔藓植物的物种更替和变化速率过渡最快,寒温性针叶林带和高山亚冰雪稀疏植被带地面生苔藓植物群落的变化最明显。结论:互助北山苔藓类植物资源物种组成丰富,优势科属明显,植被带间多样性差异显著。本研究为了解该区域苔藓类植物资源状况提供了本底数据。 Objective:To understand the distribution of bryophyte resources in the Huzhu Beishan,Qinghai Province.Methods:Line survey,sample survey and interview methods were used to investigate and collect specimens,identify species and conduct related analysis of bryophytes in the area.Results:There were 45 species of bryophytes belonging to 20 families and 29 genera in the study area,including 3 species of mosses from 3 families and 3 genera,and 42 species of bryophytes from 17 families and 26 genera.The distribution of bryophytes in this area was dominated by species from the North Temperate Zone and East Asia,and the number of bryophyte species decreased with the increasing elevation.The dominant species varied across different vegetation zones,the species turnover and rate of change of the ground-borne bryophytes in the mountain typical scrub-steppe zone and the alpine sub-glacial thin vegetation zone were transitioning.The species turnover and rate of change were fastest in the typical mountain scrub grassland zone and the alpine subglacial sparse vegetation zone.The most obvious changes in the ground bryophyte community were observed in the cold-temperate coniferous forest zone and the alpine subglacial sparse vegetation zone.Conclusion:The bryophyte resources in the northern mountains of Huzhu Beishan were rich in species composition,with the obvious dominant families and significant diversity variations among vegetation zones.This study provided background data for understanding the status of bryophyte resources in the region.
