山东省濒危植物紫椴群落生态位与种间联结性 被引量:2

Niche and Interspecific Association of Endangered Plant Tilia amurensis Community in Shandong Province

摘要 目的:探究山东省内濒危植物紫椴(Tilia amurensis)天然群落的生态位特征和种间联结关系,为保护濒危植物紫椴提供理论依据。方法:以山东省内紫椴天然群落为研究对象,采用生态位宽度、生态位重叠指数,结合联结系数AC和Spearman秩相关检验等进行生态位特征和种间关系分析。结果:乔木层紫椴的生态位宽度最大(10.11),灌木层胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolor)的生态位宽度最大(16.43)。生态位重叠指数平均值为0.18,生态位重叠较小的种对占多数,紫椴群落对资源利用程度较弱。群落灌木层总体联结性表现为显著正联结关系,表明灌木层正处于更新状态,相对稳定;乔木层则处于不稳定状态。种间关系分析结果表明显著正联结关系的种对较少,多数物种间较为独立。结论:生态位和种间联结关系不是导致山东省紫椴群落濒危的主要原因,紫椴能够正常更新,但成年个体极少,需加大力度就地保护和抚育紫椴幼苗。 Objective:The niche characteristics and interspecific associations of T.amurensis natural communities in Shandong Province were explored by the study,providing a theoretical basis for its conservation.Methods:Natural T.amurensis communities in Shandong were studied.Niche breadth,niche overlap index,association coefficient(AC),and Spearman's rank correlation test were used to analyze niche characteristics and interspecific relationships.Results:T.amurensis exhibited the largest niche breadth(10.11)in the tree layer,while Lespedeza bicolor occupied the largest niche breadth(16.43)in the shrub layer.The average niche overlap index was 0.18,with most species pairs showing low overlap,indicating weak resource utilization efficiency in the T.amurensis community.Significant positive overall associations were displayed by the shrub layer,suggesting stable regeneration and relative stability.In contrast,the tree layer was unstable.Significant positive associations were shown by the interspecific relationships analysis,indicating independence among most species.Conclusion:Niche characteristics and interspecific associations were not the primary drivers of endangerment for T.amurensis communities in Shandong.While T.amurensis exhibits normal regeneration,its adult population was extremely limited.Therefore,in situ conservation and active nurturing of seedlings were critical to ensure species recovery.
