不同浓度细叶地榆乙醇提取物抗氧化活性分析

摘要 [目的]探究不同浓度细叶地榆乙醇提取物抗氧化活性,确定细叶地榆最佳提取的乙醇浓度。[方法]分别用20%、50%、75%和90%乙醇进行提取,得到细叶地榆乙醇提取物,分析其DPPH和ABTS自由基清除率、还原力的活性,同时测定总多酚、类黄酮的含量。[结果]75%乙醇细叶地榆提取物具有较好的抗氧化性能,包括DPPH和ABTS自由基清除率以及还原力。同时,该提取物的总多酚和类黄酮含量也表现出较高水平,明显优于其他浓度的乙醇提取物。[结论]75%乙醇是提取细叶地榆时最适宜的浓度。 [Objective]To explore the antioxidant activity of ethanol extracts of Sanguisorba tenuifolia at different concentrations and deter-mine the optimal ethanol concentration for extraction of S.tenuifolia.[Method]Ethanol extracts of S.tenuifolia were obtained using different con-centrations of ethanol(20%,50%,75%,90%).The antioxidant activities,including DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging rates,as well as reducing power,were measured.Additionally,the contents of total polyphenols and flavonoids in the extracts were determined.[Result]The 75%ethanol extract of S.tenuifolia had good antioxidant properties,including DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging rates as well as reduc-ing power.At the same time,the total polyphenol and flavonoid content of the extract also showed a high level,significantly better than other concentrations of ethanol extracts.[Conclusion]75%ethanol is the optimal extraction concentration of S.tenuifolia.
