摘要
【目的】研究桃金娘(Rhodomyrtus tomentosa)花、枝、叶精油的主要成分及其抑菌效果。【方法】使用水蒸气蒸馏法提取桃金娘花、枝、叶精油,GC-MS分析其挥发性成分;以长枝木霉(Trichoderma longibrachiatum)、理氏木霉(Trichoderma reesei)、哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)等3种平菇生产上常见真菌为对象,利用桃金娘枝、叶精油对其进行抑菌活性研究。【结果】从桃金娘花枝叶精油中成功检测出54种挥发性成分,主要成分都是萜烯类,在花精油中相对含量0.1%以上的主要成分有25种,枝精油有30种,叶精油有29种。桃金娘花、枝、叶精油对3种供试菌的抑制效果差异显著,其中对长枝木霉的抑制效果最好,不仅最低抑菌浓度低而且抑菌圈最大,其次是哈茨木霉,而对理氏木霉的抑菌效果最差。【结论】平菇木霉病菌是平菇栽培中主要的病害之一,桃金娘花、枝、叶精油对平菇3种常见木霉病菌表现不同的抑菌效果,这跟花、枝、叶精油的活性成分含量有所不同有关,在对桃金娘进行开发利用时,可以考虑各部位的不同效用。
【Objective】The aim of this paper is to study volatile components and bacteriostatic effect of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa flowers,branches,and leaves.【Method】Steam distillation was used to extract essential oils from Rhodomyrtus tomentosa flowers,branches and leaves and GC-MS technology was used to evaluate the volatile components.The antibacterial activity of three common fungi in Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation,Trichoderma longibrachiatum,Trichoderma reesei and Trichoderma harzianum,were studied by using flower,branch and leaf essential oil.【Result】A total of 54 components were successfully detected from the essential oil of flower,branch and leaf.The main component was terpenes.A total of 25 main components were identified in the flower essential oil,while 30 and 29 main components were identified in the branch and leaf essential oils respectively,all with relative content above 0.1%.The inhibitory effects of the essential oils from the flower,branch and leaf of R.tomentosa on the three tested fungi were significantly different.The inhibitory effect on T.longibrachiatum was the best,with not only the lowest inhibitory concentration but also the largest inhibition zone.The inhibitory effect on T.harzianum was the second best,and the inhibition zone was larger than that on T.reesei at the same inhibitory concentration.The inhibitory effect on T.reesei was the weakest.【Conclusion】Trichoderma disease is one of the main diseases in Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation.The essential oils from the flower,branch and leavf of R.tomentosa show different antibacterial effects against Trichoderma fungi,which is related to the different contents of active components in the essential oils.When R.tomentosa was developed and utilized,effects and use of different parts should be taken into consideration.
