摘要
筛格是影响清粉机的重要组成部件,筛格质量直接影响清粉机筛理效果。通过FQFD56型清粉机筛格的筛网绷装实验数据与对筛框三维模型进行仿真分析,结果显示,筛网绷装张紧力小于16N/cm时筛框不会产生塑性变形,横向与纵向变形量相对较小。筛网绷装后筛面的张紧力大于17N/cm时筛网网孔出现大量的矩形孔、菱形孔,且矩形孔短边尺寸小于理论网孔尺寸。筛网绷装后筛面的张紧力小于9 N/cm张力时筛格网孔尺寸小于理论尺寸的90%。FQFD56型清粉机筛格初次绷装筛网张紧力为12~15N/cm时为最佳。使用一段时间后,当筛网张紧力降低9~11N/cm时应当向下调整筛格压条的位置。
The screen grid is an important component that affects the purifying flour machine.The quality of the screen grid directly influences the screening effect of the purifying flour machine.Through the simulation analysis of the tensioning experiment data of the screen mesh of the FQFD56 purifying flour machine and the three-dimensional model of the sieve frame,the results show that when the tensioning force of the screen mesh is less than 16 N/cm,the sieve frame will not undergo plastic deformation,and the amounts of transverse and longitudinal deformation are relatively small.When the tensioning force of the screen surface after tensioning the screen mesh is greater than 17 N/cm,a large number of rectangular and rhombic holes appear in the screen mesh,and the short side dimension of the rectangular holes is less than the theoretical mesh size.When the tensioning force of the screen surface after tensioning the screen mesh is less than 9 N/cm,the mesh size of the screen grid is less than 90%of the theoretical size.The initial tensioning force of the screen mesh of the FQFD56 purifying flour machine screen grid is 12~15 N/cm,which is the best.After a period of use,when the tensioning force of the screen mesh decreases by 9~11 N/cm,the position of the screen grid pressure strip should be adjusted downward.
