摘要
儿童在口腔治疗过程中常因对医疗椅的敏感反应而产生恐惧心理,导致配合度降低,影响治疗效果及心理健康。旨在提升儿童在口腔治疗过程中的舒适度和愉悦感,减少恐惧和焦虑,以期为儿童提供更加舒适和愉悦的治疗环境,促进儿童身心健康发展。基于情感化设计理论,分析了儿童口腔医疗椅设计的现状,指出现有产品未能有效满足儿童特殊需求的问题。结合具体设计案例,探讨情感化设计在本能层、行为层和反思层的应用方法,提出针对儿童情绪心理的口腔医疗椅设计改进策略。
During oral treatment,children often experience fear due to their sensitive reactions to dental chairs,which reduces their cooperation and impacts treatment effectiveness and mental health.The goal is to enhance children's comfort and pleasure during oral therapy,alleviate fear and anxiety,and provide a more comfortable treatment environment to support their physical and mental well-being.Grounded in emotional design theory,this study analyzed the current design of pediatric dental chairs and highlighted that the existing products failed to effectively address children's unique needs.By examining specific design cases,the paper explored the application of emotional design at the instinctive,behavior,and reflective levels,proposing improvement strategies for pediatric dental chair design that cater to children's emotional psychology.
