摘要
为了保证原宁煤矿副斜井掘进安全,通过实施超前探查,共计发现了5处富水异常区段,此5处富水异常段共计施工60个超前注浆钻孔,注浆共计消耗水泥91.9 t,注浆后实现了安全通过。井筒掘进完成之后针对富水异常区的具体情况实施了壁后注浆,共计消耗水泥30.2 t。整个副井施工过程中注浆共计消耗水泥122.1 t,通过注浆堵水最终使原宁煤矿副斜井井筒的总涌水量减小为0.3 m^(3)/h,注浆效果良好。
In order to ensure the safety of the auxiliary inclined shaft excavation in Yuanning Coal Mine,advanced exploration was implemented and a total of 5 water-rich anomalous sections were discovered.A total of 60 advanced grouting drill holes were constructed in these 5 water-rich anomalous sections,and the grouting process consumed a total of 91.9 tons of cement,achieving the safe passage.After the completion of the shaft excavation,post-grouting was carried out according to the specific conditions of the water-rich anomalous sections,consuming a total of 30.2 tons of cement.Throughout the entire construction process of the auxiliary shaft,a total of 122.1 tons of cement was consumed for grouting,effectively reducing the total water inflow to 0.3 m^(3)/h with a good grouting effect.
