摘要
强化装备制造业企业的矩阵型组织结构管理,有助于促进企业良性发展,巩固国民经济和科技工业基础。目前较多装备制造企业仍存在职能部门沟通困难、进度失控、多项目管理混乱等问题。本文以某大型电站装备制造企业为例,深入剖析矩阵型组织结构特点,对容易出现的问题提出处理建议,为装备制造企业的矩阵型组织结构应用提供参考。
Strengthening the matrix organizational structure management of equipment manufacturing enterprises is conducive to promoting the development of enterprises and consolidating the of the national economy and technological industry.At present many equipment manufacturing enterprises still suffer from difficulties in communication between functional departments loss of control over progress and in multi-project management.This paper takes a large power station equipment manufacturing enterprise as an example deeply analyzes the characteristics of the matrix organizational structure and proposes solutions to common problems providing a reference for the application of the matrix organizational structure in equipment manufacturing enterprises.
