摘要
促进小农户与现代农业的有机衔接是乡村振兴的迫切议题,农业产业集群的发展为小农户衔接现代农业提供了新的路径。基于广西12个市31个县468户果农的调研数据,采用定量与定性相结合的分析方法,探讨了小果农与水果产业集群衔接的现状与困境问题,解析了小果农与水果产业集群之间的内在依存关系和耦合机制。研究结果表明,尽管小果农在产业专业化、个体发展和韧性等方面与产业集群具有一定的耦合性,但仍面临组织化程度低、生产要素不足、生产方式落后和与现代市场脱节等问题挑战。据此,提出了树立“小果农大产业”的发展理念、推动小果农组织化集群化发展、提升小果农生产要素保障能力、提高小果农文化科技素质、优化生产方式与市场对接等衔接对策建议。
Currently,promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture is an urgent issue for rural revitalization.The development of fruit industry cluster brings new opportunities for the modern transformation and development of small fruit farmers(SFF).Based on a survey of 468 fruit farmers across 31 counties in 12 cities in Guangxi,this paper adopts quantitative and qualitative analysis to examine the current status and issues of SFF integration into fruit industrial clusters,and analyze the intrinsic interdependence and coupling mechanisms between SFF and fruit clusters.The results show that although SFF exhibit a tendency to couple with industrial clusters in terms of industrial specialization,individual growth and developmental resilience of SFF,they still face challenges such as low organizational levels,weak production factors,outdated production methods,and isolation from modern markets.Hereby,the authors propose recommendations including setting up the concept of SFF with small scale but big effect,promote the organized and clustered development of small fruit farmers,enhance their ability to guarantee production factors,improve their cultural and technological quality,and optimize their production methods and market integration.
