摘要
农村基层党组织是引领农业农村现代化的根本力量。强化农村基层党建有助于巩固脱贫攻坚成果、实现城乡融合发展、创新现代乡村治理,为推动共同富裕、发展现代农业、建设和谐乡村奠基通络。然而,农村基层党建引领乡村振兴仍存在人才梯层亟待完善、组织体系尚待优化、服务效能仍需优化等现实困境。吸引优质乡村振兴人才、建设坚韧基层干部队伍、提升乡村治理效率能力,是乡村振兴纾困增效,融入中国式现代化建设大局的实践路径。
Rural grassroots party organizations are the fundamental force leading the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Strengthening party building at the grassroots level in rural areas will help consolidate the results of poverty alleviation,achieve integrated urban and rural development,innovate modern rural governance,and lay the foundation for promoting common prosperity,developing modern agriculture,and building a harmonious countryside.However,when rural grassroots party building leads rural revitalization,there are still practical difficulties such as the talent ladder that needs to be improved,the organizational system that needs to be optimized,and the service efficiency that needs to be optimized.Attracting high-quality rural revitalization talents,building a team of tenacious grassroots cadres and improving rural governance efficiency are practical paths for rural revitalization to relieve difficulties and increase efficiency and integrate into the overall situation of Chinese modernization.
