氨基酸基氟啶虫酰胺药肥产品对玉米生长及玉米蚜虫防治效果的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Amino Acid-based Flufenoxuron Fertiliser Products on Corn Growth and Aphid Control

摘要 [目的]当前玉米生产中,传统药肥施用方式存在农药利用率低、劳动强度大等问题,且单一化学防治易导致蚜虫抗药性增强。以玉米为研究对象,开发氨基酸基0.2%氟啶虫酰胺药肥一体化产品,通过滴灌系统实现药肥协同增效,旨在提高农药利用率,同时促进玉米生长。[方法]以商品药滴灌为对照,采用根部扫描法、直接测量法和抽样调查法,系统评价药肥一体化产品对玉米农艺性状、生物量及田间蚜虫防效的影响。[结果]药肥产品显著促进玉米生长,叶片数、株高、茎宽以及地上部分鲜重与干重相较于商品药滴灌均有明显提升。蚜虫防治方面,第7天防效相较于商品药分别提升22.34%与10%,第30天仍分别保持63.33%与84.67%的防效,明显高于商品药(P<0.05)。[结论]氨基酸基0.2%氟啶虫酰胺药肥一体化产品通过滴灌系统施用,可有效协调玉米生长与蚜虫防治,在新疆膜下滴灌系统中具有显著应用优势。研究结果为药肥一体化产品的开发与推广提供了理论依据和技术支撑。 [Objective]In current corn production,traditional pesticide and fertiliser application methods suffer from low pesticide utilisation rates and high labour intensity,and single chemical control measures can lead to increased aphid resistance.Taking corn as the research object,this study developed an amino acid-based 0.2%flonicamid pesticide-fertiliser integrated product and utilised a drip irrigation system to achieve synergistic effects between pesticides and fertilisers,aiming to improve pesticide utilisation rates while promoting corn growth.[Method]Using commercial pesticide drip irrigation as a control,root scanning,direct measurement,and sampling survey methods were employed to systematically evaluate the effects of the pesticide-fertiliser integrated product on corn agronomic traits,biomass,and field aphid control efficacy.[Results]The pesticide-fertiliser product significantly promoted corn growth,with leaf number,plant height,stem width,and fresh and dry weight of above-ground parts all showing significant improvements compared to commercial pesticide drip irrigation.In terms of aphid control,the efficacy on day 7 was 22.34%and 10%higher than that of commercial pesticides,respectively,and on day 30,the efficacy remained at 63.33%and 84.67%,respectively,which was significantly higher than that of commercial pesticides(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The amino acid-based 0.2%flonicamid pesticide-fertiliser integrated product,applied via a drip irrigation system,effectively coordinates corn growth and aphid control,demonstrating significant application advantages in Xinjiang's drip irrigation systems under plastic film.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the development and promotion of pesticide-fertiliser integrated products.
