摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是常见的肌肉骨骼疾病,在世界范围内引起重大的健康和社会问题,但其确切的病因尚不清楚。该病在诊断、治疗、康复方面给卫生保健系统和社会带来了巨大的经济负担。大多数患者还会出现运动能力、工作能力下降,维持独立生活方式的能力下降。对于患者来说,主要的问题是疾病导致关节组织破坏和疼痛。到目前为止,还没有一种治疗方法可以有效地阻止软骨和关节的结构恶化,或者能够成功地逆转任何现有的结构缺陷。蒙医药具有悠久的历史,在民族医学中独树一帜,对骨骼疾病有其独特的治疗方式,笔者现对蒙医药治疗骨关节炎的文献进行整理,通过综述以期对治疗骨关节炎提供新方法及新思路,以促进蒙医的现代化研究发展。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a common musculoskeletal disorder that causes significant health and social problems worldwide,but its exact cause is unknown.The disease imposes a huge economic burden on the health care system and society in terms of diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation.Most patients also experience reduced exercise and work capacity,and a reduced ability to maintain an independent lifestyle.For patients,the main problem is that the disease causes tissue destruction and pain in the joints.Until now,there has been no treatment that has effectively stopped the structural deterioration of cartilage and joints,or has been able to successfully reverse any existing structural defects.Mongolian medicine has a long history,is unique in ethnic medicine,and has its own unique treatment methods for bone diseases.The author now collates the literature on the treatment of osteoarthritis by Mongolian medicine,and aims to provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of osteoarthritis through a review,so as to promote the modernization of Mongolian medicine research and development.
