摘要
药学专业人才培养要求专业知识技能与职业道德、职业认同感兼备,在物理化学教学中融入药学专业特色思政元素具有重要意义。通过深入挖掘思政元素,依据专业特性与职业需求来设计教学案例和手段,不但能帮助学生树立正确的职业价值观与道德观,提升职业认同感水平,还能激发学生对物理化学课程学习的内在热情,培育其创新思维与实践能力,拓宽课程思政的内涵与外延,为构建具有药学特色的课程思政教学体系提供理论支撑,助力开拓一条全面培养药学专业人才的崭新路径。
The personnel cultivation of pharmacy major requires both professional knowledge and skills,as well as professional ethics and the sense of professional identity.It is of great significance to integrate characteristic Ideological&Political elements of pharmacy major into Physical Chemistry teaching.By delving into Ideological&Political elements,designing teaching cases and methods based on professional characteristics and needs,not only can students establish correct professional values and ethics,improve their sense of professional identity,but also stimulate their intrinsic enthusiasm for learning Physical Chemistry course,cultivate their innovative thinking and practical abilities,broaden the connotation and extension of Ideological&Political education,provide theoretical support for building a Ideological&Political education teaching system with pharmaceutical characteristics,and help explore a new path for comprehensively cultivating pharmaceutical professionals.
