摘要
服务育人是“三全育人”体系中的关键组成部分,职能部门作为学校重要的管理服务部门,是人才培养的重要力量。因此,高校职能部门应积极思考如何落实“三全育人”理念,以充分发挥职能部门的育人职责。该文总结了近年来关于高校后勤服务育人、资助服务育人、心理服务育人、科研服务育人等方面研究成果,并对财务服务育人进行展望,以期助推高校优化财务管理,提高办学效益,为高校育人保驾护航。
Education through service is a key component of the“three-pronged comprehensive education”system.As important management and service departments of colleges and universities,functional departments are an important force in talent training.Therefore,functional departments of colleges and universities should actively think about how to implement the“three-pronged comprehensive education”concept to give full play to their edu-cational responsibilities.The paper summarizes the research results in recent years on education through logistics service,education through financial assistance,education through psychological service,and education through scientific research service,etc.,and provides prospects for education through financial service,in order to pro-mote colleges and universities to optimize financial management,improve school management efficiency,and facilitate education in colleges and universities.
