摘要
非洲某风化残积型花岗伟晶岩铌钽矿原矿含Nb_(2)O_(5) 0.011%、Ta_(2)O_(5) 0.015%,铌钽元素主要赋存于铌钽铁矿、铌钽锰矿等弱磁性金属矿物中,矿石高岭土化严重。为确定适宜的选矿试验流程,基于矿石性质开展了系统的选矿试验研究。针对矿石金属矿物含量低、风化严重、黏土矿含量高的特点,确定采用“捣浆—分级—磨矿—弱磁选—强磁选—分级摇床—酸洗—强磁选”的选冶联合工艺流程。全流程闭路试验可获得Nb_(2)O_(5)品位26.001%、Ta_(2)O_(5)品位35.713%、Nb_(2)O_(5)回收率为70.03%、Ta_(2)O_(5)回收率为69.56%的铌钽精矿。精矿产品符合行业标准《钽精矿》(YS/T 394—2007)一级品要求,研究成果可为类似矿石开发利用提供技术支撑。
An African weathered residual granite pegmatite niobium-tantalum ore contains Nb_(2)O_(5) of 0.011%and Ta_(2)O_(5) of 0.015%.Niobium and tantalum elements primarily reside in weakly magnetic minerals such as ferrocolumbite and mangano-tantalite.The ore exhibits intense kaolinization.In order to determine a suitable beneficiation testing procedure,systematic min-eral processing investigations were conducted based on ore characteristics.Considering the low metallic mineral content,severe weathering,and high clay mineral content of the ore,a combined metallurgical process of"blunging,classification,grinding,low-intensity magnetic separation(LIMS),high-intensity magnetic separation(HIMS),classified shaking table,acid washing,and high-intensity magnetic separation(HIMS)"was established.The closed-circuit test achieved a niobium-tantalum concen-trate assaying Nb_(2)O_(5) of 26.001%and Ta_(2)O_(5) of 35.713%,with recovery rates of 70.03%for Nb_(2)O_(5) and 69.56%for Ta_(2)O_(5).The concentrate meets the requirements for Grade I products specified in the industry standard Tantalum Concentrates(YS/T 394—2007),providing technical support for the development of similar ore resources.
