植物生长调节剂对沙棘种子萌发的影响

摘要 本文用赤霉素(GA3)、乙烯利(ETH)、GGR6、ABT生根粉4种植物生长调节剂浸泡处理深秋红和中国沙棘种子,通过测定沙棘种子的发芽率和发芽势,选出适宜的植物生长调节剂及适宜的浸泡浓度。结果表明:(1)200 mg/L赤霉素浸种处理显著提高深秋红的种子发芽率与发芽势;100 mg/L赤霉素显著提高中国沙棘的种子发芽率与发芽势;(2)在15~30 mg/LGGR,可能存在一个最适宜的浓度,使得深秋红种子发芽率和发芽势提升;45 mg/L的GGR浓度浸种处理中国沙棘较适宜;(3)3种测试浓度的乙烯利均不影响2种沙棘种子的发芽率;(4)100 mg/LABT浸种处理下深秋红的种子发芽率和发芽势均显著提升。综上所述,不同品种的沙棘种子萌发受植物生长调节剂影响不同,只有适宜的植物生长调节剂种类及适宜的浓度才能更好的促进沙棘种子萌发,因此不可盲目的使用植物生长调节剂。 This paper deeply explored the effects of different plant growth regulators on the germination of Hippophae rhamnoides seeds.Four plant growth regulators including gibberellin(GA3),ethephon(ETH),GGR6 and ABT rooting powder were selected.By measuring the germination rate and germination potential of sea buckthorn seeds,seed quality was evaluated,suitable planting methods were selected,and crop yield and quality were improved.The results showed(1)200 mg/L gibberellin soaking treatment significantly increased the seed germination rate and germination potential of deep autumn red.The seed germination rate and germination potential of Chinese seabuckthorn were significantly increased by 100 mg/L gibberellin soaking treatment.(2)Through the GGR soaking test,it can be speculated that there may be an optimum concentration between 15-30 mg/L,which makes the germination rate and germination potential of the seeds increase;the concentration of 45 mg/L GGR soaking treatment of Chinese sea buckthorn is more suitable concentration.(3)Three test concentrations of ethephon did not promote the germination rate of the seeds of red sea buckthorn and Chinese sea buckthorn.(4)The germination rate and germination potential of deep autumn red seeds were significantly improved under 100 mg/L ABT soaking treatment.In summary,different varieties of sea buckthorn seed germination.
