摘要
探讨光照强度与土壤水分变化对新疆野苹果种子实生繁殖的影响,搭建0、1、2、3和4层遮阳网的5个光照处理的遮阴棚,以透光率表示光照强度,分别为100%、41.67%、26.04%、9.21%、2.42%。设置土壤相对含水量分别为20%、35%、50%、65%和80%的5个水分处理,以2因素5水平的全区组排列试验,观测种子萌发、幼苗生长量与幼苗存活率。结果表明:不同条件的光照强度与土壤相对含水量的交互作用,对新疆野苹果种子萌发、幼苗生长与存活有显著影响;在所有光照处理下,35%~65%土壤水分适宜种子萌发;在光照强度降低至9.21%以下,土壤相对含水量小于50%和大于80%时,种子萌发和幼苗存活有显著抑制作用;多数幼苗各指标间呈显著与极显著相关。
To investigate the effects of light intensity and soil water on the seed growth and propagation of Malus sieversii.Set up 5 light-treated shade sheds with 0,1,2,3 and 4 layers of sunshade nets,and express the light intensity with the light transmission rate,which are 100%,41.67%,26.04%,9.21%and 2.42%,respectively.Five water treatments with soil relative water content of 20%,35%,50%,65%and 80%were set.The seed germination,seedling growth and seedling survival rate were observed by the whole area group arrangement experiment with 2 factors and 5 levels.The results showed that the interaction of light intensity and soil relative water content had significant effects on seed germination,seedling growth and survival of Malus sieversii.Under all light treatments,35%~65%soil moisture was suitable for seed germination.When the light intensity was lower than 9.21%and the soil relative water content was less than 50%and more than 80%,the seed germination and seedling survival were significantly inhibited.Under the optimum conditions of 100%light intensity and 65%soil relative water content,the seed germination rate and seedling survival rate of Malus sieversii were the highest.The increase of light intensity and soil moisture under a certain limit was beneficial to the growth of seedlings,and there were significant and extremely significant correlations among the indexes of seedlings.
