摘要
电机控制系统作为控制电机运行的关键,广泛应用于交通、工业、家电、医疗等各个领域,涵盖了控制器、驱动器、电机本体及传感器等多个部件,这些部件的稳定运行决定了电机的整体性能,以及系统的可靠性和安全性,且有助于电机保持在高效工作区间,实现合理的能量转换和利用,降低能耗,达到节能减排的目的,在提倡绿色能源和可持续发展的背景下,对企业和社会都具有重要意义。而通过综合运用多种故障诊断方法和技术实现对电机控制系统的故障诊断和预测,可以有效提高电机控制系统的可靠性和稳定性。现就电机控制系统的故障诊断技术的专利布局进行分析和探讨,为未来电机控制系统的故障诊断技术的研究以及进一步探索做准备,以实现电机更高效、更稳定地运行。
As the key to control the motor operation,the control system of motor is widely used in various fields such as transport,industry,home appliances and medical treatment.It covers a number of components such as controller,driver,motor body and sensor,the stable operation of them determines the overall performance of motor and the reliability and safety of system.It also helps the motor to stay in the high-efficiency operating range,realize the reasonable energy conversion and utilization as well as reduce the energy consumption,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.In the context of advocating the green energy resource and sustainable development,it is of a great significance to both enterprises and society.The reliability and stability of motor control system can be effectively improved to achieve the fault diagnosis and prediction of motor control system by comprehensively applying various fault diagnosis methods and techniques.This paper analyzes and discusses the patent layout of the fault diagnosis technology of motor control system,which can prepare for the future research and further exploration of the fault diagnosis technology of motor control system,so as to achieve a more efficient and stable operation of the motor.
