摘要
以某“华龙一号”核电站安全壳钢衬里环吊钢牛腿为例,分析牛腿目视检验过程的难点,制定相应的工艺措施,进行现场应用,并介绍了牛腿锐角焊脚尺寸测量工具的制作及使用方法,确保环吊钢牛腿质量,对锐角检测类构件提供一定的指导和借鉴作用。
Taking the ring suspension steel support legs of safety shell steel lining in a certain"Hualong One"nuclear power plant as an example,this paper analyzes the difficult points in the visual inspection process of the support legs,formulates the corresponding process measures,and applies them on site.It also introduces the manufacturing and usage methods of the measurement tool for the acute-angle welding foot size of support leg,which ensures the quality of the ring suspension steel support leg and provides a certain guidance and reference for the acute-angle detection components.
