摘要
材料的冲击韧性受冶炼、锻造、热处理等加工工艺影响和制约,包括化学成份、材料的微观组织结构等方面均对金属材料冲击韧性产生影响.现通过某制造厂42CrMo轴锻件试样冲击功产生数值不均匀的情况,分析冲击试样数值不均匀主要成因,积累相关产品的制造经验。
The impact toughness of materials is affected and restricted by the smelting,forging,heat treatment and other processing technologies.The chemical composition,microstructure and other aspects all have the influence on the impact toughness.This paper giveses the uneven states of the impact energy of a 42CrMo shaft forging sample treated in a factory and analyzes main uneven causes of it,which accumulates the manufacturing experience of the related products.
