配电自动化系统中继电保护装置健康状态评估方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 伴随电力系统的飞速发展,继电保护装置对配电自动化系统的作用愈发显著,针对其运行过程中也许会出现的老化及性能衰退现象,推出了一套系统的健康状态评估途径,通过对硬件失效、软件失效以及定值不合理等方面的故障机理展开分析,结合设备可靠性相关理论与风险评估相关理论,设立了多维度评估指标体系及数学模型,评估方法顾及动态跟静态相联结,兼顾实用性以及操作的简易性,还采用改进熵值法和G1法开展权重分配,最终把健康情况划分成五个等级,为维护策略的优化给出了可靠依据,对增强电网运行的可靠程度意义重大。 With the rapid development of power system,the role of relay protection devices in the power distribution automation system has become increasingly significant.Aiming at the possible aging and performance degradation phenomena during its operation,this paper gives a set of systematic health status assessment approaches.By analyzing the fault mechanisms in aspects of hardware failure,software failure and unreasonable setting values,this paper combines the related theories of equipment reliability and risk assessment to establish a multi-dimensional evaluation index system and mathematical model.The evaluation method takes into account the connection between dynamic state and static state,gives consideration to two things of the practicality and operation simplicity,and adopts the improved entropy method and G1 method to carry out the weight distribution.Finally,the health conditions is divided into five grades.This paper gives a reliable basis for the optimization of maintenance strategies,and has a great significance to enhance the operation reliability of power grid.
