高效节能型防爆电机设计与运行优化研究

摘要 为了有效提高运行效率并实现精细化的耗能监管,高效节能环保防爆电机融合了低损耗电磁结构、智能速度控制、先进冷却结构、智能监控技术来达到提高能源应用率和安全性的目的,因此以防爆电机的分类和工作原理为出发点,介绍了防爆电机重要的节能技术设计和安全技术设计,讨论了采用变频调速、负载优化与故障诊断的运行优化技术方法,然后以某石化企业改造为背景介绍和讨论了高效节能环保型防爆电机的应用效果,并通过应用前后的能耗数据对比,说明了高效节能环保型防爆电机应用的效果,提高了效能、延长了维修周期、降低了碳排放、提升了安全性、稳定性和可靠性,为高风险行业进行节能减排升级提供了可行性建议。 In order to effectively improve the operation efficiency and realize the refined energy consumption supervision,the high-efficiency energy-saving explosion-proof motors adopt low-loss electromagnetic structure,intelligent speed regulating,advanced cooling structure and intelligent monitoring technology to enhance energy utilization rate and safety.Therefore,this paper introduces the energy-saving and safety technology designs of the motors starting from the classification and working principle from the explosion-proof motor,and discusses the operation optimization technology method of adopting variable-frequency speed regulating,load optimization and fault diagnosis.Then,this paper takes the transformation case of a petrochemical enterprise as the background to introduce and discuss the application effect of high-efficiency energy-saving environmental explosion-proof motor and illustrate the application effect through the comparison of energy consumption data before and after the application.The method improves the energy efficiency,extends the maintenance period,reduces the carbon gas emission as well as increases the safety,stability and reliability,which provides the feasible suggestion for the energy-saving emission-reduction update of high risk industries.
