630 kW磨机环形驱动永磁直驱电机方案开发研究

摘要 传统磨机采用同步电机+离合器+大小齿圈+慢驱的驱动方式,传动链长,具有传动效率低、故障率高、占地面积大的缺点。现在主流永磁直驱改进方法是将同步机换成永磁电机,取消慢驱,传动结构更简化、可变频软起、变频控制灵活,但是仍然保留大小齿圈一级机械减速,还是有一定隐患和维护工作量。现提出一种环形驱动永磁直驱电机的解决方案,即将永磁电机直接与球磨机集成,转子安装在磨机筒体外壁上一体为内转子,外圈为永磁电机定子,外形像环形的永磁直驱方式,取消了边缘驱动大小齿圈,电机无轴承,不仅具有原先永磁边缘驱动优点,还进一步提高系统可靠性、提升传动效率和减少占地面积,做到真正意义上电机免维护,最后开发了630 kW磨机环形驱动电机,并成功应用于现场,运行平稳可靠,验证了方案的可行性。 The conventional grinding mill adopts a drive system of comprising a synchronous motor,cluth,large-and small-gear rings and slow-speed drive unit.This drive system has a long transmission chain,which has the disadvantages of low transmission efficiency,high failure rate and a large floor space.The current mainstream improvement method for PM direct drive is to replace the synchronous motor with a PM motor and eliminate the slow-speed drive.It simplifies the transmission structure and achieves the variable-frequency soft starting and flexible variable-frequency control,but still retains the primary mechanical reduction stage of large-and small-gear rings,so it has a certain potential risks and requires the ongoing maintenance.This paper proposes a solution of annular-drive PM direct-drive motor,i.e.the motor is directly integrated with the ball mill.The rotor is installed on the outer wall of the mill cylinder as an inner rotor,and the outer ring is used as the stator of PM which resembling an annular PM direct drive.This design eliminates the peripheral-drive large-and small-gear rings and requires no motor bearings.It not only retains the advantages of original PM peripheral drive,but also further enhances the system reliability,increase the transmission efficiency and reduces the floor space,so it achieves a true maintenance-free of the motor.Finally,a 630 kW annular-drive motor for grinding mill was developed and successfully implemented on-site.It can stably and reliably operation,thereby verifies the feasibility of the proposed solution.
